The security coordintor is an embedded opportunity with one of our global tech clients. The Security Coordinator will work with the client’s corporate security team providing security services to protect its staff and offices, including but not limited to guard force operations, physical security, corporate security policies, programs, and training. The corporate security team consists of operations and global specialist support functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Ensure that the corporate security programme is being delivered in South EMEA, to ensure the safety and physical security of client offices (Milan, Madrid and Paris) and their serviced office in Barcelona are operating to the agreed standard.
  • Ensure the access control system is operating to the client’s global standards.
  • Conduct office security audits, propose remediations and update any Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Promote a security-conscious culture and provide safety and security education and training to staff.
  • Assist the Business Protection Manager with vendor management of security officers.
  • Drive the work and performance of local security officer team leaders and the fleet of security officers with the provider based on service level agreement and key performance indicators.
  • Support security operations for onsite and offsite events, activations, and productions where applicable.
  • Review context and scope of security plans proposed by client stakeholders when hosting events at external venues.
  • Work and guide third party security vendors to ensure they have a proportionate security plan in place at external venues.
  • Be willing to take on the role of Security Escalation Lead/ Gold Command/ Event Owner, in larger scale events.
  • Escalate where applicable to the Crisis Management System and support in managing responses house mass notification system to ensure employee safety.
  • Draft detailed risk reports and maintain accurate records of security incidents or concerns across the South EMEA region.
  • Risk Assessments & Site Audits- Conduct detailed security assessment of facilities, including hotels, event security venues, hospitals, and offices.
  • Plan and manage travel logistics for multiple travelers, ensuring smooth coordination, under the direction of the BPT Manager. This includes, obtaining quotations, arranging transportation, accommodation, and itineraries for security-related travel for any planned trips.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor’s degree in security management, intelligence analysis, political science, international relations, or other relevant areas. Minimum three years of experience in corporate security . Working Conditions:
