Security Officer

Safety & Patrolling

• Routine Inspections: Regularly patrol hotel corridors, parking lots, elevators, and perimeter areas to deter suspicious activity and detect potential safety hazards.
• Asset Protection: Safeguard hotel property, guest luggage, and valuables against theft, vandalism, or damage.
• Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, restricting access to unauthorized individuals and ensuring only registered guests or verified staff enter restricted zones.

Emergency Response

• First Responder Actions: Provide initial medical aid or CPR in health emergencies and coordinate with local medical professionals and emergency services.
• Evacuation & Crisis Management: Lead safe evacuation procedures, direct guests to emergency exits during fires or other major crises, and maintain order at the scene.

Guest Assistance & Conflict Resolution

• Disturbance Intervention: Investigate noise complaints, de-escalate conflicts between guests, and manage unruly individuals using established de-escalation techniques.
• Guest Escorts: Provide escorts for guests or staff to their vehicles, rooms, or other locations on the property when requested.

Monitoring & Administration

• Surveillance: Continuously monitor CCTV cameras and building security controls to identify unusual behaviors or security breaches.
• Incident Reporting: Write detailed, accurate reports of daily activities, irregularities, accidents, property damage, or theft for management review.
• Lost and Found: Assist in the protection of valuables, manage lost items, and help guests locate misplaced belongings.

-Experience as hotel Security officer is an advantage

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
