Senior Barber

A Senior Barber is responsible for delivering high-quality grooming services while supporting the day-to-day operations of the barbershop. This includes mentoring junior staff, maintaining client standards, and contributing to revenue growth through excellent service and retail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Barbering & Client Service

Deliver precision haircuts, skin fades and beard trims

Maintain consistently high standards of hygiene and presentation

Build and retain a strong client base

2. Team Leadership

Mentor and train junior barbers/apprentices

Support onboarding of new staff

Lead by example in professionalism, punctuality, and customer service

3. Operations

Ensure workstations are clean, stocked, and compliant with hygiene regulations

Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling

Maintain equipment (clippers, razors, sterilisation tools)

4. Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell grooming products

Upsell services where appropriate

Contribute to achieving shop revenue targets

Support local marketing initiatives and social media presence

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 3–5 years’ barbering experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to mentor or supervise others

Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards

Desirable

Social media skills

Pay: €140.00-€160.00 per day
