Senior Bartender - Aunty Lena's Adare (4 Day Work Week)

Aunty Lena’s, a landmark in the heart of Adare since 1806, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic senior bartender to join our dynamic front-of-house team. Known for our rich heritage, warm hospitality, and vibrant atmosphere, we offer a unique opportunity to work in one of Ireland’s most iconic venues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including pints, cocktails, and local selections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area
• Contribute to a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests
• Support the team during live music events and busy service periods

Ideal Candidate:

• 3 years previous bar experience is preferred
• Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Enthusiastic about Irish hospitality, culture, and community
