Senior Controls Engineer

Job Title: Sr Controls Engineer – Medical Device
Location: Lafayette, CO (Onsite)
Duration: 2-Year Type: W2 Contract

We are looking for a Manufacturing/Controls Engineer with experience in Industrial Automation, Ignition Platform, and Manufacturing Data Integration.

Top Skills Required:
✔ Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLC Programming & Integration
✔ Ignition Platform (SCADA, OPC UA, Tag Management, Database Connectivity)
✔ Power BI, SQL, and Manufacturing Data Reporting/Dashboards

Preferred Experience:

• Medical Device or regulated manufacturing environment
• Industry 4.0, IIoT, OEE, and SPC initiatives
• Software validation and change control processes
• MQTT, Python, OPC-UA, and embedded systems
