Senior Qaqc Engineer

Job Description

• Conduct QAQC daily checks
• Prepare monthly QAQC report for submission to Corporate QAQC Department
• Conducting monthly QAQC Training to Sub-contractors
• Issuance of QAQC Non-compliance to sub-contractors
• Attend monthly QAQC presentation and meeting at Corporate QAQC Department
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with methodstatements (in accordance to BCA’s Good Industry Practice & approval fromthe clients and consultants)
• Arrange and liaise with BCA for CONQUAS/QM assessments. Act as the primaryquality liaison with clients and consultants, updating them on QA/QC mattersand addressing quality concerns directly related to CONQUAS scoring.
• Work closely with site engineers and supervisors to ensure constructionmethods comply with CONQUAS specifications, providing guidance on qualityprotocols and rectifications or even conducting relevant training as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Architectural-trained or Structural-trained work experience
• Min 5 years experience as a Senior QAQC Engineer in A1 building mainconstruction company, with added experience in managing Quality Marksassessment processes or certifications a significant advantage
• Able to communicate effectively and clearly
• Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellentproblem-solving skills, proactive & able to meet tight deadlines
• Good knowledge of construction quality control/assurance is necessary
• Certifications: BCA-Approved CONQUAS training or relevant qualitycertification such as ISO 9001:2015 in Quality Management Systems.
