Shuttle Bus Driver

Overtime for any time worked over 8 hours.

Night shift 4pm to 2:30am $25.00/hour

We are looking for an experienced CDL drivers to provide shuttle and transportation needs for University of Cincinnati . Whether you operate a 20 Passenger, 30 Passenger and Motorcoaches we have a spot for you immediately.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation for customers on shuttle routes, over the road or local destinations.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
• Comply with commercial driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
• Report defects, accidents or violations

Skills

• Proven work experience as a cdl operator
• Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc)
• Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly when applicable
• Extensive knowledge of applicable driving rules and regulations
• No recent moving or driving violations
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
• Valid cdl license with passenger endorsement
