- Ensure posts follow brand guidelines and campaign messaging
- Coordinate assets with creatives and copywriters
- Implement content calendars and posting plans
Community Management
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions
- Respond to audiences in brand voice
- Escalate issues or sensitive concerns
- Engage with trends and conversations
Campaign Support
- Execute social rollouts for campaigns and launches
- Support influencer content coordination
- Track posting deadlines and approvals
- Ensure platform-specific formatting
Performance Monitoring
- Track basic metrics (reach, engagement, views)
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Identify top-performing content
- Suggest optimizations
Trend & Platform Awareness
- Monitor trends, memes, and platform updates
- Suggest reactive content opportunities
- Support real-time marketing moments
