Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to enhance our marketing efforts, drive social media growth, and generate qualified leads.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and email, while also coordinating with the SEO team to optimize content strategies. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a passion for digital marketing.

Preferred Skills:

• Email Marketing: The candidate should have experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive engagement, and improve conversions.
• Social Media Marketing: A strong understanding of social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram is essential.
• B2B Marketing: The candidate should be familiar with lead generation strategies and effective outreach methods for B2B clients.
• Basic Knowledge of SEO: A foundational understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is important to collaborate effectively with the SEO team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and nurture leads.
• Manage and grow Studio 52’s social media presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Conduct cold outreach on LinkedIn and Instagram to connect with potential clients in target industries.
• Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including posts, stories, and direct messages.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to align content strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through consistent outreach efforts.
• Respond to inquiries and engage with followers across social media platforms.
• Track key performance metrics and optimize email and social media campaigns for better results.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in email marketing, social media strategies, and lead generation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing and social media management, particularly with LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Experience in cold outreach and B2B lead generation through digital channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting lead generation targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
