Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and implement social media marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) including text, graphics, and video.
• Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive online community.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management and ad optimization.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on social media performance and KPIs. Use insights to improve future campaigns.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other departments (e.g. sales, and content) to ensure consistency and effectiveness in messaging.
• Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Ability to create and curate engaging content, including writing, design, and video editing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
