Social Media Marketing Specialist

To support our growth, we’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist who can not only elevate our brand presence online but also convert engagement into revenue.

Position Overview:
This is a hybrid role combining social media marketing with sales. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that build awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition. From creating engaging content to connecting with prospects and closing deals, you’ll play a key role in growing our brand and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing

• Develop and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.)
• Create and publish engaging content including graphics, videos, stories, and written posts
• Build and nurture online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Run paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and increase visibility
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies

Sales & Business Development

• Identify, qualify, and pursue leads generated through social media, campaigns, and outreach
• Engage with prospective customers via direct messaging, email, and calls to build relationships
• Conduct product/service presentations and consultations to understand customer needs
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive sales opportunities
• Maintain and grow client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Track sales performance, manage CRM records, and report on pipeline progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and/or sales
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, algorithms, and engagement strategies
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Creative thinker with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with influencer outreach or affiliate marketing
• Skills in photography, video editing, or graphic design
