• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism,ensuring a flawless arrival and departure experience
• Manage bookings,enquiries and guest requests with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinate effectively with therapists to maintain a smooth and timely guest journey
• Provide expert knowledge of treatments,facilities and products to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation,hygiene and Forbes service protocols at reception

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or spa reception
