This position is responsible for setting pricing principles and targets aligned with the company’s portfolio strategy and financial goals, as well as developing, maintaining, and measuring product price lists, price comparisons, margins, and budget results; as a next step, a process of indicators is being implemented to monitor progress and more precisely observe and measure product performance results, with the main goal of identifying incremental margin opportunities and reducing complexity.

Your Impact

Analyze price performance across sales channels and regions, identifying growth opportunities and maximizing profitability.
Develop and structure sales and pricing reports to provide clear visibility of business performance and trends.
Monitor market dynamics (stock levels, demand curves, and indicators) to anticipate movements and optimize price positioning.
Collaborate with commercial/trading teams to adjust pricing strategies and support decision-making aligned with sales and margin goals.
Maintain and control pricing data, ensuring accurate price lists, tracking KPIs, and supporting execution of pricing strategies across channels, customers, and categories.

Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or related fields.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of VBA, Tableau, Cognos, and AI tools will be considered a strong differential.
Previous experience in pricing and/or relevant industry experience is desirable.
Experience in the analysis and interpretation of sales performance and business results is a plus.
Advanced English proficiency will be considered an important asset.
