About this opportunity:
We currently have an opportunity to join our People and Culture team in Melbourne as a Talent Acquisition Partner. You'll own end-to-end recruitment for our Sales, Customer Experience (CSMs/AMs), Support, and Marketing teams - building pipeline, running interview processes, and helping us bring exceptional people into Podium.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants genuine breadth in their People career - spanning full-cycle recruiting and onboarding - while playing a visible role in scaling Podium's Australian team.
What you will be doing:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales (SDR/AE), CX (CSM/AM), Support, and Marketing roles across the Australian business
Build and maintain candidate pipelines through active sourcing, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and job boards
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview frameworks, and assessment criteria
Coordinate and help facilitate interview processes, ensuring a strong and consistent candidate experience
Manage offer processes, including negotiation support and coordination with hiring managers
Maintain accurate recruitment reporting and pipeline data (ATS, trackers, dashboards)
Facilitating onboarding of new starters including admin, scheduling training and ensuring employees have the best possible first impression of Podium.
What you should have:
3+ years of experience in talent acquisition
Experience recruiting for sales, customer-facing, or support functions is highly desirable
Working knowledge of Australian employment law and visa/work rights compliance (or strong willingness to build this expertise quickly)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities across various open roles
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving processes
Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, preferred
Previous SaaS or tech industry experience is a plus
