Talent Acquisition Specialist (E-Commerce)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly aggressive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Specialist to source, attract, and recruit top-performing talent for our growing e-commerce operations. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, competitor market awareness, and the ability to identify high-potential candidates across operations, sales, creatives, and digital commerce functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for e-commerce and operational positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and direct sourcing
• Identify high-performing candidates from competitors and similar industries
• Conduct interviews, screening, and initial assessments
• Build talent pipelines for urgent and hard-to-fill positions
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements
• Improve recruitment turnaround time and hiring quality

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
