Team Leader/Supervisor For Healthcare Account

The Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising a team of Virtual Assistants. S/he is responsible for monitoring, and ensuring appropriate job distribution and completion of projects or tasks assigned to the department. S/he is likewise responsible for training, organization tasks, and project development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree , Medical allied course graduate
• At least one year work experience from a BPO, insurance support provider
• Computer literate, above average English comprehension and communication(oral and written)
• Able to work independently, exhibits critical thinking, willing to work graveyard shift
• Willing to work on-site in McKinley Fort Bonifacio Taguig

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
