Qualifications:

• Must be a college graduate (any course)
• Open to candidates who have completed at least 2 years of college (with Transcript of Records)
• 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader, preferably in a healthcare account
• Familiarity with HIPAA
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in resolving customer issues with professionalism and efficiency
