As a Team Member, you will engage in various tasks, including food preparation, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests with their orders.
• Prepare food items according to company standards while adhering to food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Assist with bussing tables and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Utilize retail math skills to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote menu items effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food handling practices is beneficial.
• Experience in grocery store settings or similar environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks within the kitchen and customer service areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.66 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
