Technical Support Representative

Job description:

• Helping to coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and clients' expectations are fulfilled. Listen to clients' needs, address their concerns, and provide timely updates on projects or services.
• Assist their seniors in preparing pre-bid documents for new business opportunities
• Involve researching and gathering information required for proposals, compiling data, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate Monitoring of websites and systems to ensure they are active and functioning properly
• Prepare and draft letters of intent, proposals, and other documentation as needed to formalize agreements between the company and clients
• Monitoring for any technical issues, updating content, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and providing regular reports on website and system performance.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
