Training Specialist – Operations Support

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Training Specialist – Operations Support to join our growing team. This role is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering operational training programs that promote consistency, service excellence, and compliance across all store locations. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and development, operational efficiency, and empowering teams to achieve high performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining and Development

• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and learning resources.
• Facilitate onboarding and operational training programs for new store employees, supervisors, and managers.
• Conduct refresher courses and skills enhancement workshops to support continuous learning.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, observations, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Ensure all training programs align with company standards, operational procedures, and brand requirements.

Operations Support

• Collaborate with Operations Managers to identify training needs, performance gaps, and development opportunities.
• Support new store openings by coordinating and delivering pre-opening training programs.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor operational compliance and provide coaching and guidance.
• Assist in the rollout of new operational initiatives, processes, systems, and company updates.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, reports, and performance evaluations.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Ensure team members understand and adhere to food safety, hygiene, customer service, and operational standards.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Recommend enhancements to training programs based on operational feedback, performance data, and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Education, or a related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Training, Learning and Development, Retail Operations, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or a related industry.
• Proven experience delivering classroom, on-the-job, and virtual training programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and training documentation tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel to store locations and training venues as needed.
• Experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), cafés, restaurants, or food retail operations is highly preferred.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
