CDL-A Dedicated Drivers — $1,200–$1,900 Weekly | Northeast Routes

We are hiring CDL-A drivers for dedicated dry-van routes across New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Connecticut.

Choose from drop-and-hook, short-haul or premium unload routes based on your location and experience.

Pay & Home Time

• Average earnings: $1,200–$1,900 per week
• Mileage pay from $0.65–$1.10 CPM
• Home every three days or weekly, depending on route
• Regular 34-hour resets
• Day and night schedules available
• Consistent, dedicated freight

Additional Pay

Select routes offer:

• $270 unload pay per load
• $50 per live load or unload
• $17 stop pay
• $30 short-haul pay
• Detention and retention incentives

Available Route Types

Drop-and-Hook

• Approximately 1,800 miles weekly
• Minimal freight handling
• Average earnings around $1,500
• Home approximately every three days

Short-Haul Dedicated

• Multiple loads per day
• Up to $0.88 CPM
• Live load, live unload and drop-and-hook
• Average earnings up to $1,800

Premium Unload

• Up to $1.10 CPM
• $270 unload pay per load
• Average earnings of $1,600–$1,900
• Home weekly
• Physical hand unloading required

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Safe driving record
• Weekend and night availability may be required
• Must live near an available hiring area
• One year of experience required for some routes
• Qualified newer drivers may be considered for select openings
