About the Role

We are seeking USRN Quality Analysts to join the Shearwater Health team. This is a full time, remote role after training, offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in ensuring accuracy of information and quality of delivery by monitoring, auditing, reviewing, analyzing, documenting work processes that further improves clinical operations standards
• Performs quality audits, validates results and communicates recommendation among responsible departments

Qualifications:

• Must have an active USRN license
• With at least 2 years Utilization Management/Utilization Review experience
• At least 2 years of auditing/QA experience
