Overview:
The User Experience Researcher (Content Design) plays a key role in improving how users interact with product documentation, including user guides, manuals, videos, and illustrated sheets. This role focuses on understanding user needs, conducting research, and translating insights into meaningful content improvements that enhance the overall user experience. You will collaborate with content development teams and stakeholders to ensure content is clear, intuitive, and aligned with user expectations.

What You Will Do:
- Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, and feedback analysis
- Identify user goals, pain points, and content gaps
- Partner with Content Development teams to improve user guides, manuals, videos, and instructional content
- Validate content through usability testing and user feedback
- Present research findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Transform complex research data into clear and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align goals, priorities, and timelines
- Balance user needs, business goals, and stakeholder requirements to drive informed decisions
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong interest in User Experience (UX), Content Design, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Knowledge or exposure to user research methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to simplify complex information into user-friendly content
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with diverse teams
