Voice & Accent Training Lead

Qualifications

• Must be amenable to work onsite at our Bridgetowne site
• At least College Level
• 1–3 years of related experience in the BPO industry
• Proven experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer or similar role
• Skilled in training tools, methods, and assessments for communication improvement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct voice and accent training sessions to improve agents’ spoken English, pronunciation, tone, and clarity
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to prepare agents for international client interactions
• Monitor and evaluate live or recorded calls, offering constructive feedback
• Facilitate role-playing and mock calls to simulate real scenarios
• Identify communication skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly
• Collaborate with other training teams to align training initiatives with organizational standards
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for BAU refreshers
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, assessments, attendance, and progress

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
