Warehouse Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily storeroom and inventory operations, including receiving, stocking, issuing materials, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and strong customer service abilities in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming materials and equipment
• Sort, label, and organize inventory in designated storage areas
• Issue tools, products, and supplies while maintaining accurate records
• Update inventory data in systems and track stock levels
• Work with order trackers and follow up with vendors via phone/email
• Support non-stock purchasing and new stock setup processes
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shortages
• Deliver tools/equipment to internal teams as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

• 3+ months of warehouse, inventory, or related experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office or similar systems)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and documents
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and self-motivated
• Steel-toe shoes required

Pay: $17.00 per hour
