Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and Route Truck Driver by handling various tasks related to inventory management, materials handling, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have one plus years experience in warehouse operations and driving 26' non CDL box truck and be proficient in using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. This is a bin route to pick up donations.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment including 26' box truck, forklifts and pallet Jacks, to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload donations, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper handling of goods.
• Perform picking and packing of donations with attention to detail to meet customer specifications.
• Maintain an organized stock area by properly storing items and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Assist in unloading and loading products as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Skills

• Proficiency in operating 26' non CDL Box Truck, warehouse equipment such as forklifts, and pallet jacks is required.
• Strong skills in materials handling with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Ability to perform stock management tasks including inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
• Experience with picking and packing processes in a warehouse setting is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
