Warehouse Operative/Stock Controller

Meditec Medical, a wholly Irish owned company, with headquarters in Dublin, has been designing, manufacturing, and delivering cutting edge technology in the area of pressure relief mattresses, and patient support surface.

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organised Warehouse Operative to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure all stock is accurately controlled, stored, and recorded. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting efficient distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and store incoming deliveries
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
• Carry out regular stock counts and audits
• Ensure warehouse is clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
• Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies
• Work closely with manufacturing and logistics teams
• Assisting in Decontamination Department as required
• General maintenance of building including gardening, cleaning etc.

Requirements:

• Manual handling training
• Previous warehouse or stock control experience preferred
• Experience with inventory management systems
• Forklift licence
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic IT skills (for stock systems)
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
• Excellent level of English speaking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
