Marine Parts Direct – Swords, Dublin

Marine Parts Direct (MPD) is Ireland’s leading marine chandlery and online marine parts supplier. We are expanding and now looking for a reliable and energetic Warehouse Picker & Packer who can also assist on the parts counter serving trade and retail customers.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing, well-established business supplying the boating and marine industry across Ireland and Europe.

The Role

You will work in our busy warehouse and retail counter environment, including:

• Picking and packing online orders accurately and efficiently
• Booking orders for courier collection
• Receiving and checking incoming stock
• Keeping the warehouse organised and tidy
• Assisting customers at the trade counter with parts and orders
• Processing sales through our POS system
• Working closely with the sales and logistics teams

This is a varied role – part warehouse, part customer-facing – ideal for someone who enjoys being active and dealing with people.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working on your feet in a busy environment
• Friendly and professional with customers
• Basic computer skills
• Experience in warehousing, retail, or trade counter is an advantage (but not essential)
• An interest in boats, engines, or marine products is a big plus
