Warehouse Floor Supervisor

Role Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber Warehouse Floor Supervisor to serve as the primary driver of our daily fulfillment ecosystem. This is a "working lead" position requiring a unique blend of digital task management and expert floor execution. You will be responsible for the synchronized performance of all departments—Shipping, Receiving, Prep, and Merchant Fulfillment—while maintaining a facility that is safe, organized, and audit-ready.

The ideal candidate is an expert operator who leads from the front, whether they are navigating Basecamp to triage rushes or operating heavy machinery to move the day’s volume.

Key Responsibilities

Departmental Leadership & Command

Workflow Oversight: Direct daily operations for Shipping, Prep (Polybag/Bubble wrap/Labeling), and Merchant Fulfillment to ensure 100% daily order completion.

Digital Triage: Act as the communication hub for the floor. Monitor and respond to all tasks via Basecamp and Email in real-time, ensuring "Rush" orders are prioritized and executed.

Staff Coaching: Act as the Lead Coach for all departments. Conduct training and performance audits to ensure every team member adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Active Floor Support: Maintain a hands-on presence. You will assist with sorting, picking, and packing during peak windows to ensure zero backlog.

Technical Operation & Maintenance

Expert Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse machinery, specifically the Crown 55 Stand-up Forklift and electric pallet jacks.

Preventative Maintenance: Perform daily safety checks and routine maintenance logs for all equipment. Identify and report mechanical issues immediately to prevent downtime.

Inventory Precision: Oversee all incoming/outgoing stock movements, ensuring accurate data entry and meticulous organization of racking and bin systems.

Safety & Facility Excellence

Safety Stewardship: Enforce strict PPE compliance and OSHA-standard safety protocols. You are the final authority on floor safety and hazard prevention.

Facility Ownership: Own the cleanliness of the entire facility. Establish and enforce a daily "Floor-Ready" schedule, including sweeping, dusting, and mopping workstations and pallet areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

Leadership Experience: 2+ years in a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor role.

Equipment Expertise: Must have significant Forklift experience, specifically with the Crown 55 Stand-up model. * Technical Literacy: High proficiency in Basecamp, Microsoft Outlook/Email, and WMS/Data Entry software.

Physicality: Ability to remain active on the floor for the duration of the shift; ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical maneuvers (stooping, kneeling, crouching).

Reliability: Proven track record of dependability. Weekend availability is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
