Are you the key person we need to help us grow?

This role is based in our Workshop and you will need to have a pasion for watches twinned with some relevant competencies/qualifications relating to Watch repair and servicing.

You will be working unsupervised and will have a high degree of autonomy so the ability to work with your own inititave is paramount.

We need someone with real ambition, If that sounds like you we want you in this role.

You will have the opportunity to flourish within a cheerful dynamic environment.

As well as being our repairs and servicing guy you will have influence on all aspects of our business and you will be key to implementing our shared strategic decisions.

Reports

This role reports to the Director of The Classic Watch Buyers Club

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop new and Existing Relationships

Grow our reputation for Quality and Value

Actively Promote the services and Products we offer

Identify and pursue Business Development Opportunities

General Admin Recordkeeping. Take full admin control on Workshop area.

Keep workshop organised and tidy always looking at its best

Pro-Actively Assist Customers as required

Shop floor support as required

Work Environment

Role is based at our Premises in Newmachar which is a positive shared Shop and Office Environment. You will be based in our Workshop which is developing and will be tailored to suit best practices and your requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship, Graduate, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £18,225.75-£42,764.19 per year

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
