Job Description

• Designing and facilitating internal/external Design Thinking workshops, usability testing, and rapid prototyping in tools like FIGMA under the guidance of UX/UI Director and Senior Team members.
• Collect and organize feedback from internal and external clients/stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal Digital Products team to deliver prototypes within the Project timelines.

Job Summary

RBC Investor Services Digital and Data team is focused on the modernization of our digital and data capabilities in an effort to build a frictionless and simplified user experience for our client portal. Our team is looking for internship positions to establish design standards for RBC One client portal. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate and work with a strong products and technology team to design end-to-end journeys for the RBC One portal. You will be empowered to problem solve with a strong client-centric mindset while balancing it with pragmatic timelines.
