You can play a key role in the development of our innovations as part of the Marketing Ford College Graduate (mFCG) Internship Program.

Your journey with Ford begins over a 10 to 12-week internship program where you’ll work on an exciting, real-world challenge facing our marketing team. Our interns work in various areas of marketing including product marketing, brand marketing or marketing communications. Examples of past internship projects include developing Bronco as an Outdoor Lifestyle Brand, creating a Luxury strategy guide for Lincoln and building a Go To Market strategy for the next Ford vehicle! These are just a few of the many projects our mFCG interns have successfully completed during their summer at Ford.

Minimum Requirements

• Junior-level class standing
• Working on Bachelor’s degree in the following fields of study
• Business (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, etc.)
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be available for full-time employment by September 2025

Candidates for positions with Ford Motor Company must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
