Healthwire is looking for an enthusiastic and competent Accounts Intern to join us in our hyper-growth trajectory.

Responsibities

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including recording daily transactions, expenses, and receipts.

Update and organize financial data in the accounting software or spreadsheets.

Prepare and send out bills and invoices to clients or customers.

Ensure accuracy in billing details and adherence to company policies.

Cross-check invoices and payments to ensure they match up correctly with the company's records.

Resolve discrepancies by investigating and communicating with relevant parties.

Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers or clients regarding overdue payments.

Provide assistance with other accounting-related tasks as required by the finance team.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth accounting operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: From Rs35,000.00 per month
