Meadowlark Bakery & Café in Warminster is booming with business and looking for a couple of warm, reliable, and community-loving Baristas to join our vibrant team!

If you’ve got a passion for great coffee drinks, amazing food with some crazy menu names, cozy vibes, and friendly conversation, we’d love to meet you!

What you’ll be doing:

• Crafting beautiful coffee and drinks with enthusiastic attitude

• Genuinely connecting with our amazing everyday guests and making their day

• Running the register and handling food orders and our funky merchandise like a pro

• Keeping our café space clean, welcoming, and organized

• Working closely with the team to keep service smooth and fun

• Helping manage inventory (because running out of cold brew is tragic)

We’d be extra excited if you:

• Have barista or café experience (bonus points for latte art!)

• Are confident or willing to learn our easy Clover POS system and cash handling

• Thrive in fast-paced settings and love multitasking

• Are friendly, upbeat, and team-oriented, confident but not cocky

• Take pride in quality—of your drinks and your customer service
