Barista/Service Crew

Position Summary:

We are seeking a polished and service-oriented Barista / Food & Beverage Server to enhance the in-store client experience by preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and light refreshments. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, has a keen eye for detail, and understands the nuances of luxury service.

Key Responsibilities:

Beverage & Food Service:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and a selection of light snacks in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, quality, and consistency in all beverages and food served.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently upheld.

Customer Experience:

• Offer a warm and gracious welcome to all clients, providing a seamless and elegant service that enhances the overall shopping experience.
• Anticipate customer needs and respond to requests with discretion and efficiency.
• Maintain a calm and professional presence in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Hospitality Area Maintenance:

• Ensure the café or refreshment area is impeccably clean, well-stocked, and visually aligned with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
• Manage inventory of beverages, snacks, and supplies, and alert management when restocking is needed.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales associates and management to support special events, client appointments, and in-store hospitality initiatives.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timing and presentation of refreshments align with client interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a café, hospitality, or luxury service setting.
• Barista or food-handling certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of coffee and tea preparation techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Impeccable grooming and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a high-end environment.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and special events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
