What You'll Do
This is more than a BCBA role—it’s an opportunity to lead, inspire, and create change. You’ll:

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, coach, and inspire RBTs and trainees as they implement programming.
• Build strong relationships with families, offering strategies that extend progress beyond the clinic walls.
• Use data to drive decision-making and ensure treatment goals are achieved.
• Maintain ethical excellence in all aspects of your work.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor client progress.
• Advocate for clients' needs within various settings, including schools and community organizations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Stay current with developments in the field of applied behavior analysis.

What You Bring

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• A true passion for working with children and their families, and a commitment to making a difference.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Experience in diagnostic evaluation, patient assessment, and behavioral therapy.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
