Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Bcba)

Duties:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized, data-driven treatment plans for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and provide high-quality ABA therapy.
• Monitor client progress through data collection and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to ensure consistent and effective care.
• Provide guidance and support to caregivers and team members on behavior management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and client progress.

Experience:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience supporting individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
