Cashier/Customer Service

We are looking for someone that is from Langley BC or can easily commute to Langley BC, with no problems. The shifts will mostly be closing which is until 11pm. There will also be morning and/or closing shifts. MUST be able to work weekends.

Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be comfortable handling cashier responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company policies
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries about pricing and availability
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote store promotions and loyalty programs to customers

Experience
- Prior experience in customer service or cashiering is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage
- Knowledge of technical sales or technology products is beneficial
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy retail setting
- Understanding of phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
