Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Team Member is responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating where necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Provide product or service information to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes

Key Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred ( Dental Background would be an advantage )
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems

Working Hours:
Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm

Pay: From €28,000.00 per year
