Duties

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a steady flow of service during busy hours
• Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques to meet health standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating or organizing ingredients when needed
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, dining rooms, and service stations through regular cleaning and sanitizing
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences

Skills

• Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and bending frequently
• Strong attention to detail in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining work areas
