Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Administration of fleet program services including toll, fuel, collision, and violations reimbursement programs.
· Onboard and off-board of fleet drivers, field, and campus-based employees, including third-party closeouts.
· Utilize strong analytical skills and financial acumen to collect, interpret, and report on data related to fleet operations, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
· Communicate effectively, providing detailed fleet performance reports and recommendations for improvement.
· Implement and maintain fleet policies and procedures.
· Ensure the accuracy of the fleet vendor database, including periodic vehicle inventory audits and compliance with driver/secondary driver eligibility requirements.
· Assist the Fleet Manager with budget tracking and expense management activities related to fleet operations.
· Foster strong internal relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by the Fleet Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a business or operations analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
· Knowledge of fleet operations and management is preferred.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent communication and report writing skills.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
