The Two Sisters is a cornerstone of the Terenure community. We are a family-run business that prides itself on providing a "Traditional Community Pillar" experience—high-quality gastro-pub food, the perfect pint, and a warm, professional welcome.

We are currently looking for an energetic and reliable Food & Beverage Assistant to join our front-of-house team. Whether you’re serving our famous Saturday Coddle or pouring a master-class Guinness, you’ll be the face of our local hospitality.

The Role

• Hospitality First: Greet guests with a genuine welcome, manage seating in our bar and lounge, and ensure every customer feels at home.
• Service Excellence: Take food and drink orders accurately, provide table service, and maintain a clean, organized dining environment.
• Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our menu, from our "best in the suburbs" Thai Green Curry to our weekly Steak and Tapas nights.
• Bar Support: Assist with beverage service, ensuring glassware is polished and the bar area is stocked and tidy.
• Teamwork: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service during busy lunch shifts and lively evening events like our Thursday Quiz Night.

What We’re Looking For

• The "People" Person: You are outgoing, professional, and comfortable chatting with our local regulars and new visitors alike.
• Experience: Previous experience in a busy bar or restaurant is a plus, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn are our top priorities.
• Reliability: We need someone punctual and dependable who takes pride in their work.
• Flexibility: Available to work a mix of shifts, including lunchtimes (to support our 12:30 PM trade) and weekends.
