Full-Time Fall Internship

Job Description

Internship:

Seyferth PR is seeking an energetic, dependable, and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills for our full-time fall internship position. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to learn about how events play an important role in the work we do for the clients we serve.

This position will be full time from August 15th through December 1st. Days worked will be Tuesday through Saturday.

Requirements

• Strong people-person personality to be comfortable on the phone and in-person engaging with volunteers, community organizers, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptable, client-friendly, comfortable in a fast pace changing environment to serve clients
• Willing to learn, ask questions, share new ideas
• Very professional, patient, personable
• Team player, willing to support the success of the business, work as a member of the team
• Comfortable taking photos
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. for event setup
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 5 hours
• Must be available and comfortable working weekends
• Comfortable with travel
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Job Duties:

• Conduct consumer engagement team outreach
• Assist with influencer research
• Attend client events and help with set-up/tear down
• Help distribute promotional items during events
• Assist with mailings and print production
