Join our team as a Garden Center Merchandiser!

What You’ll Do

• Bring plant displays to life – merchandise, water, and care for a variety of plants (trees, shrubs, houseplants, tropicals, perennials, annuals, and seasonal blooms!)
• Keep garden center areas tidy, fresh, and customer-ready
• Use your smartphone to clock in/out and track your time
• Work independently, make daily decisions, and communicate with store teams
• Provide friendly customer service when needed

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting
• Push/pull rolling carts with plants
• Perform repetitive motions while stocking and watering
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

(This is an active, physical role – perfect for people who like to stay moving!)

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
