Garden Center Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

• Unload plant racks and merchandise plants
• Set, fill, and refresh Garden Center displays
• Assist stores with watering and maintaining a clean and inviting garden center
• Communicate shipment information and merchandising execution plans with walmart contacts
• Use company mobile applications for Clocking in and out, uploading photos of plant displays and referencing digital tools and guides.

Requirements:

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to spend a majority of working hours on your feet
• Must be able to lift/move/carry pots and trays of flowers and hanging baskets weighing up to 30lbs
• Must be able to push/pull rolling racks of potted plants (with assistance on heavy racks)
• Neat in appearance
• Strong communications skills
• Access to the internet via smartphone
• Outdoor work in all kinds of weather

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
