Position Overview

We are looking for a talented and passionate Hairstylist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be confident in all aspects of hairdressing, committed to excellent customer service, and eager to grow with a thriving salon.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and blow-drying.
• Conduct client consultations and provide expert recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain high standards of salon presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Recommend and retail professional haircare products.
• Stay up to date with current trends, techniques, and industry developments.
• Work collaboratively with the salon team to create an outstanding client experience.

Requirements

• Qualified hairstylist with salon experience.
• Strong skills in cutting, colouring, and styling.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent English preferred.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Hours

• Part-Time: Flexible hours available.
