Hr Generalist

HR Generalist will provide essential support to ensure the smooth business operation in the office. The role involves performing a variety of HR and administrative tasks such as: Recruitment (Hiring to Onboarding) / Compensation and Benefits (Government mandated dues) / Managing and filing of 201 records / Timekeeping and Payroll / Employee Relations - Issuance of Memo & Disciplinary Action / Assist in the facilitation of Performance Evaluation / Documentation and organizing files

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of Administration, Psychology, Management or business related course.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year to 2 years work related experience (Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations).
  • Skills: Requires administrative capabilities, strong organizational skill, communication and interpersonal skill (effectively communicate, interact, and work harmoniously with individuals and groups), keen to details, with integrity and confident in handling confidential matter. Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), organized and keen to details.
  • Willing to work at Quezon City (Along Commonwealth corner Regalado Highway)

Note: The Company has a total of 28 employees (Office and Production)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
