What You’ll Learn:

• Recruitment and applicant screening process
• Employee onboarding and orientation support
• Timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance monitoring
• Assisting in trainings, evaluations, and staff engagement activities
• Exposure to HR policies, compliance, and clinic operations

Who Should Apply:

• Students currently taking up Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses
• Organized, detail-oriented, and people-friendly individuals
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City

Requirements:

• Endorsement letter from school/OJT coordinator (if applicable)
• Commitment to complete internship/OJT hours as required by your curriculum
• Professional attitude and eagerness to learn

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php350.00 per day

Work Location: In person
