Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
