Position Summary Awesome job alert! We are looking for a rockstar intern to join our passionate team of marketers who work collaboratively and love to push boundaries. The internship is an excellent learning opportunity for people who want to pursue a career in marketing. The role has exposure to some of our most dynamic brands such as J.P. Wiser’s, Absolut, Jacob’s Creek, Polar Ice and The Glenlivet and the cultural and creative partners we work with. You will be responsible for ensuring top class delivery of our marketing plans and support business processes through great project management. We are looking for creative individuals with strong attention to detail who can build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In return, our team will provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership for those starting in their marketing journey. This is a 12-month contract open to individuals who have graduated from university within one year. We are looking to fill 3 intern roles that support our spirits, wine and RTD brands respectively. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage marketing projects

• Lead and coordinate trade/consumer activations
• Develop marketing materials across brands
• Contribute to brand strategy including innovation and campaigns
• Own online brand platform execution and consumer engagement including website and social
• Ensure brand representation is consistent across all touchpoints

Coordinate and lead commercial communication

• Manage new product listing applications & customer sales samples
• Manage Sell Sheets and Spec sheets – in conjunction with Logistics
• Maintain Product Database Management Tools (Bottle shots / logos etc.)
• Lead internal engagement to ensure strong share of mind across the business

Leverage analytics and relationships

• Use business analysis tools for monthly scorecards for relevant brands
• Lead the routine around weekly meetings for business updates with Brand Managers
• Builds quality and trusting relationships at all relevant levels of the organization, as well as across functions

Assist in Budget control and Trade Promotion Management

• Issue purchase orders and create and maintain filing system for purchase order, invoices and other documents
• Provide support to Brand Managers in the implementation and maintenance of TPM system tool

Education & Experience (Required and Preferred)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a marketing focus preferred]
• Must have graduated from university within 12 months
• Highly computer literate with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
